Social Worker
The Social Worker provides Inpatient and Outpatient Mental Health services to the Veteran population being treated in the Oncology Service under the Syracuse VA Medical Center. The Social Worker will Increase identification and referral and/or treatment of co-occurring MH conditions in Veterans that require more detailed assessment or intervention, such as for cognitive impairment (dementia), MOUD/OUD, PTSD, anxiety and mood disorders. Basic Requirements: a. Citizenship. Be a citizen of the United States.
