The Clinical Manager is responsible for the overall direction of hospice clinical services and operations related to clinical practice. He/she/they is/are responsible for the employment of qualified hospice personnel; is responsible for the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of clinical personnel evaluations. The Director of Clinical Operations establishes, implements, and evaluates goals and objectives for hospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality and that comply with Medicare, federal, state and accredited standards that contribute to the total organization and philosophy.

Registered nurse in MA with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the MA, CHPN preferred.
At least Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing.
Management experience preferred in a hospice or related health care organization.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Organization requirements and is in good working order.
Has excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and Community Healthcare Partners.
Must be capable of operating: computer, telephone, EMR, fax machine, copier, and other general office equipment.
Secure proper assistance for transferring and lifting of residents as needed.
