The Salem VAMC is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our rehab team as they open a new short stay rehab unit! This RN will be accountable for the provision of rehab patient care to a culturally diverse Veteran population with complex needs. The RN will work directly under supervision of the Manager and must possess the knowledge/skills to effectively apply all aspects of the nursing process in the management of acute/chronic illnesses in our short-stay rehab residents. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
