The Adult Palliative Care Division and the Center for Advanced Heart Disease share a commitment to integrate palliative care practices into care for patients with advanced heart disease at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.  Our mission is to ensure that our patients and families receive comprehensive, compassionate palliative and psychosocial care that responds to their needs, and that we create and disseminate knowledge to enable others to do the same.
