The Community Living Center, Registered Nurse assigned to East- Hospice/ Palliative Care Unit performs ongoing monitoring of Resident conditions and documents responses to care in a clear, concise and timely manner importing onto VHA's electronic health systems applications. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
