The Clinical Services Manager (RN) role for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers a unique opportunity to help develop a PACE program from the ground up. Edenbridge Health, Concerto Care, and Capital Caring Health are developing a PACE program in Northern Virginia. We are looking for a skilled clinical (RN) leader, committed to the service of frail elders, who will lead the PACE team and the overall clinical model of care.

• In collaboration with the Executive Director and Medical Director, the Clinical Services Manager manages the Cherry Blossom PACE Medical Clinic and Home Care Services.

• The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for routine direct patient care and the daily management of the clinic and home care, including coordinating services with primary care and home care teams to ensure all processes are performed in a timely and efficient manner.

• In collaboration with PACE staff and clinical partners, the Clinical Services Manager develops and implements quality standards, ensures a high level of patient experience, and manages human and financial resources. This person is also responsible for building and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, partner providers, and facility contacts.

• Supervisory Responsibilities
• The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for supervising all applicable clinical staff to include RNs, LPNs, MAs, CNAs, and PCAs.
