Post Acute Care Services Community Liaison - Hospice - Full Time - Days Location - 100% travel, covering territories of Daytona to New Smyrna Beach Hours - Full Time - Days GENERAL SUMMARY: The Post-Acute Care Services (PACS) Community Liaison acts as an advocate for post-acute care services and develops strategies to expand the organization's outreach. He/she is responsible for promoting program growth and access to care through education about the mission and services of PACS. Community contacts include but are not limited to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, physician office practices, senior groups, hospital staff, etc. Educational and other activities may fall outside of normal scheduled work hours. The Community Liaison is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans to increase program growth and awareness in the healthcare community. The Community Liaison reports to the Director of Operations in Hospice and Home Health. Qualifications
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: · Public Speaking · Sales driven plans and development · Profiling sources · Building relationships with referrals sources · Educating community and sources on PACS offered · Post-Acute Care Medicare criteria and eligibility KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: · Public Speaking to Community, Physicians, and Facilities · Post-Acute criteria and eligibility · Sales plans · Marketing development · Execution of Growth Strategies · Ability to teach in many different settings KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: · Public Speaking to Community, Physicians, and Facilities · Post-Acute criteria and eligibility · Sales plans · Marketing development · Execution of Growth Strategies · Ability to teach in many different settings EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: · 4-5 years sales and marketing experience (healthcare field preferred) · High School Diploma or Equivalent LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: · Basic Life Support certification · Valid Florida drivers license, auto insurance, safe driving record and reliable transportation.
