Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant that wants to be part of an innovative team?

ChristianaCare is looking for a NP or PA to join our Supportive and Palliative Team at the Helen Graham Center. As a member of this well-established practice, you can expect to see both new and follow-up patients and their families needing medical symptom management, advance directives, goals of care, and support to quality of life goals.

Interested candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, be an excellent team player and educator, and committed to continuous learning and personal growth.

The selected candidate will help provide clinical leadership and expertise within the palliative care clinical team, identify opportunities to improve the patient and family experience of care, and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of resource use.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters' degree from an accredited program for graduate level nursing or Physician Assistant Studies with appropriate specialty certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the state of Delaware.
• Advanced Palliative Medicine Certification preferred; or to be attained within 2 years.
• Experience as a NP or PA preferred.
• Experience in support and care of cancer patients preferred.
