Schedule: Full Time, Exempt
Responsible for developing and enhancing standardized reporting out of multiple systems. Performs system wide
needs assessment to identify gaps and as a result recommends value added user friendly data delivery methods to
executive management. Acts as a liaison with IT related to system development, enhancements, upgrades, etc.
Responsible for evaluating system education needs and coordinating/performing training on systems including
interpreting data with actionable results. Acts as a centralized resource for system support from an end user
perspective. Responsible for leading future implementations from an end user perspective.
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor Degree required
Graduate Degree preferred
Minimum Experience Requirements
5 years of system and analytic experience.
Excellent knowledge of healthcare models and key operational indicators.
Possesses comprehensive knowledge of healthcare principles and terminology, knowledge of trends, variances and
forecast modeling. Has ability to research industry via the web and other tools.
Ability to be entrepreneurial; always searching for creative and innovative solutions.
Strong aptitude and proven experience in working with all levels of management.
Excellent communication and managerial abilities.
Must be an independent thinker with strong decision making skills.
