Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care - Lynchburg, Va
Centra Health's Palliative Care services is seeking an NP that has a passion for providing care for patients that have a life-limiting illness.
Under the clinical supervision of the Palliative Care Medical Director and the NP Coordinator, the Palliative Care NP provides face-to-face consultation services as ordered by referring physicians to address complex pain and symptom management issues for patients experiencing chronic and/or a progressive life-limiting illness. Includes facilitation of advance care planning.
Position is full-time, typically Monday-Friday.
